Scheduled Maintenance & Inspections

Scheduled visits are carried out under the direct supervision of the company’s Maintenance Manager, with the assistance of an electrician, a plumber and a joiner, in accordance with a structured checklist.

Specialist Repairs & Technicians

Supervision and coordination of specialist maintenance work requiring certified or authorised technicians, beyond the standard maintenance plan. The company arranges and provides quotations whenever requested.
